I have found that I am getting NO FEWER spams after the implementation of this new law. In fact, it is almost immediately self-defeating because REPLYING to a spam email in order to get removed from a mailing list is a FAMOUS way to get noted as an active address that will get MORE spam. And could someone please explain to me why ANYONE has the right to send me email that advertises porn sites? I'm offended by my email almost EVERY DAY and nothing in your law is stopping that - and I can promise you I've never done ANYTHING to make any of these sites believe I'm really anxious to meet particular types of women (I'm a woman who has been happily married to her husband for almost twenty years and have never ever ever visited a questionable site in my life.) Help me! Create that DO NOT SPAM registry and make it illegal for them to send email to me under any conditions - that's the only way you're going to put a stop to any of this, as far as I can tell. Thanks for listening.
