The United States Army CECOM Contracting Center Army Contracting Command intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Five Year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a possible one year option on a competitive basis in support of the Patriot Missile across five (5) NSNs and are the following items, Cylinder Assembly 5985-01-193-7422; Valve, Linear Direct 4810-01-299-5920; Support Antenna 5985-01-192-2029; Antenna Elevator Group; 5985-01-226-5466 and Rotary Unit Pump 4320-01-259-0796 The drawing numbers are as follows: 5035806-3, 5035665-1, 5035688-1, 5035746-2 and 5035783-1. The proposed IDIQ action shall be for a minimum quantity of 161 units across five NSNs and will be delineated according to item in Section A of the solicitation. Supplies will be ordered by issuance of delivery order. Delivery Schedules are as follows; Standard Delivery, Accelerated Delivery, and Accelerated Delivery with Increased Quantities. The Delivery Schedules are shown in Section B of the solicitation.

The solicitation number assigned to this effort is W15P7T-09-B-L009. This action is a 100% small business set aside. The Government intends to award this action using Sealed Bid procedures. The resulting solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 15 days after this notice. The estimated award date of this procurement is 16 February 2009. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
