As someone who is in the computer business and through no fault of my own receives as many as 400+ spam mails a day I feel that the CAN-SPAM ACT has been a total failure. I receive more SPAM now, than ever before. Much more of this SPAM is originating overseas. There needs to be a way to control the originating company that may be in the US.
