Hi, I made an earlier submission but one further point. It is not clear under the Act where emails using a refer a friend / recommend my site fall. These are marketing tools used by small sites to help spread via word of mouth about our business. However these forms someone else is telling a friend about our site using a service on our site. Is this commercial email? Hopefully not. Are we safe to send it? Who is the sender? Many thanks, Dale Reardon. [Personal Identifying Information (PII) Redacted]
