No! Do not loosen the rules to the Do Not Call List. You call me a consumer, but I am a citizen first. Your job is supposed to be looking out for the citizens of this country, not corporations that make huge campaign contributions. Telemarketers do not pay my phone bill, they should not have control over my phone or my time. My telephone is not a sales tool, it is a communications device for my use.
