April 1, 2004:  Submission of abstracts

April 15, 2004:       Notification of acceptance, instructions for authors.

June 15, 2004:       Full manuscript due.

Aug. 15, 2004:       Information to authors.

A full version of the technical papers accepted by the conference on CD-ROM and a bound volume of full abstracts will be available to the participants on registration desk before the conference.
