Description	Air Traffic (AT) training is provided to the AT workforce as new systems and/or procedures are introduced.  The introduction of new systems or procedures, or changes to existing systems or procedures may result in the need for additional AT Training.  Training generally begins 30 days prior to Initial Operating Capability and is complete within one year of achieving a Full Operating Capability.
