Re: E.2.2. If the person who is asked to forward the email receives some remuneration or benefit, this would be "inducement." E.2.4. It would not be practical to have the original sender handle opt-outs because they can't control whom others will forward their messages to. Need an automated way to append opt-out language to the forwarded message.
