These identifiers distinguish accessions by something other than the main accession (PI) number.

Searches in this area are punctuation and case insensitive. Whenever you are unsure of spelling, use the wildcard (*) as shown below. Some examples of these other identifiers are:

You can also add a genus name to your wildcard searches to further refine your results. To do this, at the end of your wildcard identifier, add

::genus

(e.g., Red*::triticum)
