The amendment of 6 February 2003 applies to the Pharmacists Law and adds additional articles 34-1 and 41-1, revises articles 27 and 40. The essential points are:
1)To add and revise the provisions governing the site of the pharmacists guild, directors and supervisors' election of the upper pharmacists guild, and selection of member representatives (Articles 27 and 34-1)
2)That the central health authority shall enact regulations governing the pharmacists' assistants' practice and organization; that pharmacists' assistants shall be penalized as per the various punishable ways and fines ceiling imposed on a pharmacist for violation of the regulations governing their qualifications, practice, organization and management (Article 40)
3)That health authorities at various level may charge the certificate or license fees, and the amount shall be set by the central health authority. (Article 41-1)(4 provisions, p.55).
