Summary (English) |
Ministerial Resolution 123-91-EM/DGE of 5/31/91 establishes that all individuals and corporations involved in the activities of the hydrocarbons industry shall submit to the "Oficina de Estadistica de Hidrocarburos" of the Ministry of Energy and Mining the '1990 Hidrocarbons Statistic" until 7/10/91, and that the non compliance with this obligation shall be penalized with the sanctions foreseen in articles 94 and 98 of Supreme Decree 018-91-PCM.
