RE:  Unregulated Short Sales by Market Makers on the OTCBB
     
Dear Sirs:
     
While I am generally in favor of less government intervention in our lives, 
I feel that it is necessary for stronger regularion of Market Makers in 
OTCBB securities.
     
The lack of reporting requirements and other regulations allows a Market 
Maker to artificially hold down the price of a security.  This practice 
gives rise to an investor's lack of confidence in the markets integrity.  It 
also gives an appearance of impropriety, and scares some investors away.
     
I urge you to enact stricter regulations on the OTCBB Market Makers and put 
back confidence in our markets.
