Current silicon alignment tables of interest
- Alignment tables
- 100030 1 GOOD
- Alignment for use with 4 series release COT alignment and 4.8.4 Production, datasets 08 and 09
- 100030 2 TEST
- Can be used with 4.9.x MC where wafer level corrections were not applied in the simulation
- Table description: Based on table 100030 1 GOOD with wafer level alignment constants removed.
- 100035 2 GOOD
- Used for 4.10.x and 4.11.x series releases
- Table description: Based on table 100030 1 GOOD with latest ISL and L00 alignments. Includes fix for ISL layer 7 bug
- 100040 1 GOOD,
150040 1 GOOD,
160040 1 GOOD
- Used with 5 series release COT alignment and 5.1.3 Production, for dataset 0c, 0e
- Three tables are used for these run ranges: before 149717, 149717-158635, and after 158635 respectively. Be sure to use
the table that is appropriate for the run range of data you are processing.
- 100045 1 GOOD,
150045 1 GOOD,
160045 1 GOOD
- Used with 5 series release COT alignment and 5.3.1 Production for dataset 0d
- Three tables are used for these run ranges: before 149717, 149717-158635, and after 158635 respectively. Be sure to use
the table that is appropriate for the run range of data you are processing.
- Table description: Based on table 1X0040 1 GOOD with L00 alignments and improved z barrel positions
- 100045 1 GOOD, 150045 1 GOOD, 160045 1 GOOD, 170050 1 GOOD, 180050 1 GOOD
- Used with 5 series release analysis
- Five tables are used for these run ranges: before 149717, 149717-158635, 158636 - 168892, 168893 - 179056, and after 179056
respectively. Be sure to use
the table that is appropriate for the run range of data you are processing.
- Table description: Based on table 1X0040 1 GOOD with improved z barrel positions and L00 alignments including new constants for
the spring and summer of 2004.
- 100045 1 GOOD,
150045 1 GOOD,
160045 1 GOOD,
170050 1 GOOD,
180050 1 GOOD,
190050 1 GOOD
- Most current alignment table! Recommended for 5 and 6 series release analysis
- Table description: Alignment table for runs > 190000 (>12/07/04). Has updated L00 and global Si (wrt COT).
- Don't forget to use the calibration Pass table appropriate to each specific release. The Pass table will load the correct alignment tables and other tracking objects such as beamlines.
- Pass 9 for 4.8.4 Production data(datasets 08 and 09)
- Pass 17 or any more modern pass for 5.1.3 Production data(dataset 0c, 0e) or 5.3.1 Production data(dataset 0d). Works with release 5.3.4 or more modern releases.
- Explicitly defining the alignment table will override the pass table.
