For F (REPORTS) section: Agree to both the implementation of an accurate and effective National Do Not E-mail Registry and to a system of rewarding those who supply information about CAN-SPAM violations that are genuine in such activity. The effectiveness and enforcement of the CAN-SPAM Act should be open to revision/s, when needed or required, especially in terms of both flexibility and and to unexpected changes in technologies that would render such. Subject line labeling problems should be noted, as there are e-mails sent w/o a subject line (which could be accidental send-offs) or use varying unintelligible characters that have no bearing on the subject of the message, especially to one/s of commercial intent.
