Dear Colleagues:

The Javad receiver located at the McDonald Observatory has
been permanently removed (Sat, 04/24/1999 21:53).  The last bit
of data has been submitted to the CDDIS.  The raw binary files
and RINEX files will be archived on a CDROM here at the Center
for Space Research.  We would like to thank DWS International
Inc. for its cooperation during the extended campaign.   The
final site log can be found below.
