The 119th will have all cabling in place and ready for installation of CCI hardware.

(vi) Successful offeror must possess prior experience with Consolidated Client Infrasturcture technology, knowledge for the same and not similar technology and authorized by HP to perform the required training and installation of the HP Blade system. (vii) Phase I shall commence late February 2009 - early March 2009, phase II shall follow completion of Phase I concurrently. Installation shall take place at McGhee Tyson ANG Base, TN.

(viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation factors in paragraph (a) are as follows: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability - Authorized by HP to install and perform training on the HP Blade system, Past Performance - a minimum of 3 references of prior PC Blade system shall accompany offer, and Price. Technical capability and past performance when combined are more important than price.
