Make diagnostics plots and dump diagnostic info

1.      * Run IDL program axafspecdump
        IDL>rootname='n4593_21aug01'    
        IDL>evtfile='n4593_21aug01_evt2_n001_clean.fits'   (from above)
        IDL>phafile='acisf02089_000N001_pha2_n001.fits'   (also from n4593_21aug01_mk)
        IDL>axafspecdump,qlist,rootname=rootname,evtfile=evtfile,phafile=phafile

        * NOTE there should only be one _pha2_ file anyway *

	** Specifying the _pha2_ file is optional.

        This produces up to 28 QDP files of spectra available for examination
        and also a summary file.

	E.G. if rootname='test' and no phafile is specified the output files are
