Data processing
The data were obtained with the Agilent Feature Extration Algorithm/Software v5.x,v6.x,v7.x,v8.x,v9.x. The raw data was standardized by each chip median value to cross compare arrays. Common probes taken from tow versions (Agilent human v1&v2) chips, repeating Q/Cl probes replaced by median values other control probes removed.
