-Meeting Adjournment-
Oral Presentation Guidelines:
Invited speakers are asked to present their presentations as Microsoft Powerpoint presentations. The workshop will arrange to have both a PC and Mac computers available for the presentations, and no other presentation formats will be supported. Speakers are asked to bring their presentations on CDs.
Posters:
There will be a poster session during the meeting. Posters are encouraged; however registered
workshop participants will be limited to presenting one poster at the meeting. Please
Note: maximum poster dimensions are 4
feet x 4 feet.
Workshop Abstracts:
Abstracts are requested for all invited talks and poster
presentations. All abstracts will be compiled into a booklet that will be distributed
at the workshop. The deadline for abstract submission is
Use US letter (8.5 x 11 inch)
paper, single-spaced, single column, with 1 inch (2.54 cm) margins (top/bottom
and sides). Using Times New Roman 12 point font, with abstract text left and
right justified. The entire abstract and accompanying information must fit on
one side of one page. Each submission should include:
1. Title (all capital letters and centered)
2. Authors (centered)
3. Organizational affiliation of
authors, plus telephone and email address of corresponding author (centered)
4. Abstract
Sample format for abstract preparation:
