Abstract:

This polygon boundary file was created by the natural resource staff at Dinosaur National Monument and the NCPN Vegetation Mapping Program for the sole purpose of the vegetation mapping project. This boundary includes environs of public and private lands surrounding the monument boundary that were mapped by the vegetation mapping project.

Purpose:

The intended use of all data in the park's GIS library is to support diverse park activities including planning, management, maintenance, research, and interpretation.
