Please do no allow this to go through. Whether the business "relationship" is established or not, telemarketers shouldn't have the ability to simply blast messages. Not every call is welcome, nor a wanted 'relationship'. And especially agravating is the fact they'd be prerecorded. This reduces to almost nothing the ability of the consumer to respond and have themselves removed from the calling list.
