Summary (English) |
Decree 4445 of 5 July 1956 authorizes the private and national banks to revaluate their assets and creates in the Central Bank a Permanent Committee, "Comite Permanente para Supervigilar Credito de Bancos" to supervise the application of the Provisions of this law and to control credits.
