The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center is look interested parties to provide Repair/Replacement of AN/SPS-73 Search Radar Piece Parts; specifically Graphic Control Circuit Card Assy, NSN 5998-01-461-6394, P/N: 101775-88VRNT/101869-88VRNNT that includes opening, inspecting and repairs of hardware, software, firmware and updated maintenance. These parts make up various configurations of the basic AN/SPS 73 Surface Search Radar, for shipboard navigation support currently installed on U.S. Coast Guard cutters and boats. All repaired or replacement material must meet form, fit, function and compatibility criteria of the current version of the AN/SPS-73 software installed. It is the Government’s intention to solicit and negotiate solely with Barco Display Systems, Duluth, GA as they are the original source for this equipment and the only source that has the required capabilities and system to purchase and repair these circuit card assemblies. Other interested sources shall submit their interest and capabilities in writing via facsimile or email to the Contract Specialist, Brian S. Smith, Sr. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), therefore; no cost or price information shall be submitted at this time. This information is due within 10-days from the date of this announcement. It is the Coast Guard ELC’s intention to advertise a solicitation for requirements within 45-daysof this Sources Sought notice. All responses will be considered by this agency.
