MEMORANDUM To: All USGS Employees From: Robert Hosenfeld Personnel Officer Subject: Employee Express A previous all-employee e-mail on October 6, 1998, advised employees that Employee Express was to be used for making changes during the upcoming health benefit and Thrift Savings Plan open seasons. A chart detailing all transactions to be handled through Employee Express was included with the memorandum. As the health benefit open season is nearing, I wanted to offer a reminder of this important change. My previous memorandum and chart are available on-line at http://www.usgs.gov:8888/ops/hro/pay/emplexpr.html . To make changes in Employee Express, you may either call the toll-free number at 1-800-827-6254 or use the Internet address at http://www.employeeexpress.gov. You will need your Social Security Number and your Employee Express Personal Identification Number (PIN). Employees who need a new PIN in order to use Employee Express may obtain one by calling the PIN Help Desk at (912) 757-3030. Employees who do not have a PIN are advised to contact the Help Desk as soon as possible to ensure that the PIN is received in time to be used during the upcoming open seasons.
