Summary (English) |
Decree-law 7795 of 12/20/1955 repeals Law 3594, which created a "Registry" of powers of attorney, women desiring to administer their own property will now register at the "Registro Publico de Comercio," repealing Art. 25 of Decree 18734, 8/6/1949, and Law 3594 and the decree establishing its regulation of 10/18/1957.
