Leave a voice mail with your return telephone number and someone will respond to your call as soon as possible. | | Reporting Requirements: | Pilots must give a minimum 2 hours advance notice of their intended arrival. Voice mail and faxes are NOT acceptable means of delivering such notice. | | Special Instructions: | Pilots wishing to arrive outside normal business hours must make FIRM PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS with the CBP Inspector between 0800 and 1700 Monday through Friday. Butte is a "Landing Rights" airport, and is available until 2000 hours when the aforementioned arrangements have been made. This airport is generally not available on weekends or national holidays. |
