Mar 13, 2009 USDA Market News PROCESSED EGGS: Weekly National Dried Eggs (Fri) Prices were unchanged to lower on albumen, slightly lower on whole, irregular on yolks when compared to the previous week's prices. Trade sentiment was mixed. Demand was usually moderate. Supplies were sufficent for buyer and seller requirements. The U.S. inventory of dried eggs as of February 28, 2009 was 14% less than last month. Dried eggs processed under federal inspection for the week ending 07-Mar-2009 were about unchanged from a week ago, although 4% higher than the same week last year.
