Annotation: Tabulated data show Netherland's criminal police statistics for March 1981, judicial statistics for 1980 and the first quarter of 1981, and statistics on the application of the Economic Offenses Act during the first quarter of 1981.
Abstract: Tables reporting crimes known to the police for the month of March list offenses by Province, by groups of municipalities, by the nature of the offense, and according to the reporting police branch (i.e., State and municipal police and the Royal Marechausse). Nonindictable offenses are also reported. Judicial statistics are shown for the ordinary court and for district courts. Data on economic crimes show cases investigated, criminal cases brought before the district courts and the court of appeal, and cases disposed of at the district court by decision of the public prosecutor. Additional data are given on bankruptcies and fires. The report consists entirely of tabular material.
