A. Showing the LN2
(Use a Large Zip Lock Bag-not closed and cryo glove to demonstrate boiling)B. What Temperature
(Pour LN2 from Bag or cup until Foam cup on thermometer is full)C. Expansion
1. Start with Small Zip Lock D. Contraction
(Use a couple of oz., zip closed and set bag on its side to expand and pop)
2. Next use Small Garbage Bag
(Add 1 Full Cup of LN2 then twist and tie top as it is expanding rotate it around)
3. Next use Large Garbage Bag
(Add 1 Full Cup of LN2 then twist and tie top as it is expanding rotate it around)
4. Plastic Bottle with Cork
CAUTION: Watch where you aim it
(Use small amount of LN2 and you can also demonstrate rocket propulsion)

2. Make sure you have a good cap ready to put on bottle.
3. Added about 1 oz of water to bottle
(Explain why, makes LN2 boil faster causing bottle to blow up quicker)
4. Add LN2 about 1 oz
CAUTION: Handle Bottle from top or side
5. Screw Cap On Tight!
CAUTION: Make Double sure Cap is on tight and you have 15 seconds!
6. Place Bottle on floor and set Cannon over top
WARNING: NEVER Look down Cannon!!!
(You can hear Bottle starting to give so you can kind of count down about 10 sec.)
7. If After 30 Sec. Check Bottle
WARNING: Never Look down Cannon!!!
WARNING: Do Not Try to Handle the Bottle!!!
(By carefully tipping Cannon you can see bottle and if necessary lift cannon off and kick bottle away from everyone.)1. Be sure to take the following Outside IV. Other Tricks

A. Marshmallow
1. Freeze and Eat Marshmallow B. Water Freezing
(Submerge Marshmallow for about 15 sec then take and crunch slightly and refreeze)
2. Take and eat (Take whole Marshmallow into mouth and breath out fog)1. Place Water into Zip Lock
(A Couple of Oz, Do not close bag, Bag tipped to corner)
2. Add LN2
(A couple of Oz and after a few seconds tip bag to other corner to thoroughly mix and freeze water)
3. Once LN2 is gone
CAUTION: Ice will freeze to skin (A piece of Ice can be removed to show appearance and if cold enough freeze to your skin)
