Law 7064 of January 20, 2004 amends the Consumer Protection Act. Provides that as the Constitutional Court renders the unconstitutionality decision as to the measure by which the Fair Trade Commission may publish illegal activities in accordance with the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act in cases where enterprises unfairly restrict competitive activities, etc., the provisions containing the same meaning as stipulated in other laws shall be adjusted in compliance therewith.
