OSMA SARP
The NASA IV&V Facility manages the NASA OSMA SARP. In this program, the OSMA sponsors research initiatives from:
- NASA Centers
- West Virginia University
- Other universities
- Industry
Each year, the results of these research initiatives are presented at the annual
OSMA SAS.
Safe and reliable software is critical to mission success. As missions increase in complexity and duration, NASA places greater demands on software. The
Vision for Space Exploration will require an increased emphasis on innovative software technologies with the ability to operate with minimal oversight, as well as an increased dependence on robotics.
