CDF Logo Search for Heavy, Right Handed Quarks in Dilepton + Jets + Large $\Ht$ Exotics Logo

We present the results of the search for the pair production new, heavy, down type quarks using 1.2 \fb of data.. Each quark is expected to decay int a SM quark and either a W, Z, or Higgs boson in a ratio of about 2:1:1. We thus search for events with the signatures 2jets+$e\mu$, $e^{\pm}e^{\pm}$, $\mu^{\pm}\mu^{\pm}$, $e\tau\met$, $\mu\tau\met$, $e^{+}e^{-}\met$, and $\mu^{+}\mu^{-}\met$ signatures. Finding good agreement with the SM, we set a limit on the mass of a new right handed down type quark predicted by Bjorken, Pakvasa and Tuan of $300$ GeV.
