Summary (English)	Supreme Decree 2,014-B of 4 September, 1964 creates the "Comision Nacional Asesora de Transporte" or National Advisory Transport Commission to study matters concerning maritime and river transportation serving intrazonal commerce, as well as to coordinate the same with the transportation systems of the member countries of the Latin American Free Trade Association.
