A request has been made to identify
the states the reports are received from, the following is a list of the
states: OH-28, WI-11, IL-10, MO-6, PA-6, TX-5, NY-4, NJ-4, TN-3, CT-3, RI, ALA, NE,
GA, and MS all had 2. NC, OK, SC, AR, MD, MI, KS, IN and FLA all had one
injury report.
