Direct ITU-R Information Exchange Services (TIES) Accounts
The ITU-R is controlling access to their TIES accounts by making the
administrations responsible for account authorization. The State Department
has designated NTIA to serve as the clearing house for all government agency
applications and the FCC will do the same for the private sector.
For Federal Agencies applicants to apply for an account:

Accreditation Form DM1013 in Word
and fill in the information blocks. Return the electronic form to Karl
Nebbia of NTIA at KNebbia@ntia.doc.gov
For Private Sector applicants to apply for an account:
