Summary (English)	Decree 1207 signed by the President of the Nation on 12 September 2006. Creates the Program to promote risk capital investments in companies destined for Science, Technology and Productive Innovation within the scope of the Secretariat for Science, Technology and Productive Innovation.. Specifies objectives and requirements to be fulfilled by the Trust Funds of Capital Risk Investment. Tax credit requests shall be ruled under Decree 270/11-03-1998 (Regulation of tax credit as promotion tool) and amendments. Includes Annex. (23 articles; p. 15 - 16)
(Spanish)	Decreto 1207, suscripto por Presidente de la Nación, con fecha 12 de setiembre de 2006. Crea el Programa de Fomento a la Inversión de Capital de Riesgo en Empresas de las Áreas de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación Productiva en el ámbito de la Secretaría de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación Productiva. Determina los objetivos y los Requisitos a Cumplir por parte de los Fondos Fiduciarios de Inversión en Capitales de Riesgo. Las solicitudes de crédito fiscal se regirán por las disposiciones del Decreto 270/11-03-1998 (Reglamenta el crédito fiscal como instrumento de promoción) y sus modificaciones. Incluye Anexo.
