Summary (English) |
Disposition 67 issued on 24 October 2003 by the "Subsecretaría de Puertos y Vías Navegables" (Undersecretariat of Ports and Navigable Ways). Provision 72/23-05-2003 of the said Undersecretariat is amended (new regulations issued by the International Maritime Organization are implemented at national level). The procedure for implementing the "International Code for the Protection of Vessels and Port Premises" is published in an Annex. Annex is included. (8 arts.; p. 10-15).
