Summary (English) |
Provision 2 issued on 23 June 2003 by the "Subsecretaría de Puertos y Vías Navegables" (Undersecretariat of Ports and Navigable Ways). Suspension for the term of one hundred and twenty (120) days of Provision 72/23-05-2003 of the Undersecretariat of Ports and Navigable Ways providing that those in charge of all the country ports, are under the duty to file a Protection Test intended to carry out safety diagnosis of every port and to appoint the (Protection Officer) for the said test. (2 arts.; p. 5).

Disposición 2 de la Subsecretaría de Puertos y Vías Navegables de fecha 23 de junio de 2003. Suspende por un plazo de ciento veinte (120) días la vigencia de la Disposición 72/23-5-2003 de la Subsecretaría de Puertos y Vías Navegables que establece la obligación para los responsables de todos los puertos del país, de presentar una Evaluación de Protección tendiente a efectuar un diagnóstico de seguridad de cada enclave portuario y de designar al responsable (Oficial de Protección) de instrumentar la mencionada evaluación.
