1. The U. S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) requests information from companies or commercial entities currently or capable of providing, operating, maintaining and managing unmanned aircraft system (UAS) platforms to provide intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) services. USSOCOM is interested in obtaining ISR services and seeks information from commercial enterprises capable of supporting the deployment and operation of UAS to provide surveillance information from locations world-wide. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to determine the level of available commercial capability to provide persistent ISR services for various Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions in direct support of the Global War on Terrorism. USSOCOM desires information from commercial providers of UAS ISR services utilizing corporately owned and/or Government furnished equipment. Additional details and capabilities are available by requesting explicit access from the Contracting Officer.
