Summary of Change:  Revised 1219.704-70 by eliminating references to TAR 48 C.F.R. 1252.219-70 and adding a reference to Chapter 1204, Appendix A, regarding the distribution of the SF 294 and 295s; and revised Chapter 1204, Appendix A, by eliminating a redundant reference to SF294 and by removing the reference to TAR 1252.219- 70, which was deleted from the TAR.

Reason for Change:  The April 15, 2005 memorandum entitled, eSRS Reporting, signed by the Senior Procurement Executive (SPE) and the Director, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization and Minority Resource Center, supersedes the TAR 48 C.F.R. 1252-219-70 guidance. This memorandum was distributed in the April 15, 2005, Procurement Management Council (PMC) News.
