[VxW] IRQ routing table

Hi all,
Correct me if I am wrong. For every motherboard or backplane, there
will be a IRQ routing table defined. It define the connection between
each slot's INTx (INTA...D) and the interrupt pins on a PIC. The BIOS
on the system is suppose to know this IRQ routing table and use it to
assign IRQ to device during bootup.

Question: will there be case where the BIOS have wrong info about it's
backplane IRQ routing table? Like different vendor for a SBC and
backplane. If this is the case, the IRQ assignment by the BIOS will
cause error during OS (vxworks) bootup.

Is there any way that the vxworks can query for the IRQ routing table
information? How can vxworks do reassignment?

Thank you and cheers!
Mike
