Civil Rights Act of 1964
Prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

Civil Rights Act of 1991
Amended Civil Rights Act of 1964, which, among other things, provides monetary damages in cases of intentional employment discrimination.

Rehabilitation Act of 1973
Prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities who work in the federal government.

Equal Pay Act (EPA) of 1963
Protects men and women who perform substantially equal work in the same establishment from sex-based wage discrimination.

Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA) of 1967
Prohibits employment discrimination against persons 40 yrs of age or older.

Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No Fear Act)
Requires that Federal agencies be accountable for violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws.
