Mr. Wallace is the Deputy Commercial Counselor at the American Embassy in Israel, where he is also the lead on Palestinian markets. Mr. Wallace also served in Saudi Arabia from 2003-05, in addition to a five-month temporary assignment in the booming market of Qatar.
