IPNS Sample Environment and Ancillary Equipment Publications


The IPNS instrument and support staff has been very active in developing new sample environment techniques for and with our users. Many of our successful endevours have been presented in peer reviewed journals or at conferences and workshops. In addition we have always participated in a breakout session at the American Conference on Neutron Scattering (ACNS), put on by the Neutron Scattering Society of America (NSSA), covering specific sample environment topics of interest to the neutron scattering community.

In 2006 we had the privilege of hosting the 4th biennial international workshop on Sample Environment for Neutron Scattering Facilities, Argonne National Laboratory, Argonne, IL, September 6-8, 2006.
