HIGHLIGHTS

All cases opened after February 2002 in the Western District of Wisconsin Bankruptcy Court are electronic files and may be retrieved from P.A.C.E.R. (Public Access to Court Electronic Records).

All cases opened after April 1991 and before February 2002 have electronic dockets that may be retrieved from P.A.C.E.R. Actual pleadings in these cases will need to be retrieved from the National Archives (Federal Record Center) in Chicago. Detailed information on retrieval of records may be found in the archive section of our website.

All cases opened prior to April 1991 are in paper and may be retrieved from the National Archives.
