Barbara Taylor Bradford
Bestselling author Barbara Taylor Bradford began her writing career as a journalist, first as a cub reporter and later as a syndicated columnist. Children's books and eight books on decorating followed before her first novel, A Women of Substance (Doubleday, 1976). She has written 17 novels including the latest, Three Weeks in Paris (Doubleday, 2000), and ten of her novels have been made into television movies. Ms. Bradford received the Matrix Award in Books from the New York Women in Communications and was inducted into the Matrix Hall of Fame (1998). She lives in New York City.
