Phys.\ Rev.\ Lett.\ {\bf 48}, 1344. The dipole was estimated by Gudeman
and Woods.
	
Since it is impossible to get a meaningful least squares fit of one
line, the D constant was taken from the normal species with uncertainty
increased according to the ratio of the B constants and the B constant
was assigned the ground state uncertainty.
