Summary (English) |
Decree 118 signed by the President of the Nation on 13 February 2007. The Argentine Navy is exempted from the prohibition set forth in Article 7 (prohibition to fill vacant positions in the Civil Service), of Law 26198 (Budget of the Federal Government for Fiscal Year 2007) regarding the appointment of disabled employees. Creates, within the scope of the Argentine Navy, a Program for Labor Integration of Disabled People. Includes Annexes. (4 articles; p.5-8)

Decreto 118 suscripto por el Presidente de la Nación, con fecha el 13 de febrero de 2007. Exceptúa a la Armada Argentina de la prohibición contenida en el artículo 7º (prohibición para cubrir cargos vacantes en la Administración Pública), de la Ley 26198 (Presupuesto de la Administración Nacional para el Ejercicio 2007), en relación a la designación de personal discapacitado. Crea el Programa de Inserción Laboral de Personas con Discapacidades en el Ámbito de la Armada Argentina. Incluye Anexos (4 arts. p. 5-8)
