Renaming several core COLIN classes to remove the "Opt" prefix:

• OptProblem? → Problem (in addition, the "Opt" was removed from all Problem traits methods/structs)
• OptApplication? → Application
• OptApplication?_* → Application_*
• OptSolver? → Solver
• OptSolver?_Base → Solver_Base
• ColinOptSolver? →ColinSolver?

This goes a long way toward closing #4217.
