| Window summary scores as window heat maps |
| Overlapping windows are stacked from lowest to
highest score and the maximal score projected onto the region. These files
should be viewed in IGB as heat maps or stair step graphs (After loading,
select graph(s) and goto ->GraphAdjuster->Style->HeatMap). This is a
more accurate way of representing windowed data. |
